What is considered a paid user?
You pay only per users with edit permissions for at least one application. For users with read-only permissions you pay nothing.
If we want to cancel our subscription, how do we do that?
You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. We will prorate the remaining balance on your account and hold it as a credit. You can use that credit towards a reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.
We do not offer refunds, and there is no cancelation action to take.
We want to add new users. How will that be billed?
We will make a prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new users account for the remainder of the current billing period.
What are my payment options?
You can use your credit card to pay online. If you want to pay the invoice, please contact us.
